How long will it take to receive my order

All orders are made fresh in our kitchen within 48 hours of receipt Every order is made by hand, with the finest ingredients, a lot of love and a little bit of Greatest Hits! Once the pots are filled with our perfect, delicious cookie dough, we refrigerate it for 24 hours and then send it to you by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery. All ready for you to eat straight from the pot! Please allow 3- 5 days from when you place your order for it to reach you. Express delivery can be chosen at checkout and those orders will be shipped between 1-3 days.

Do you have Vegan and Vegetarian Options available?

Yes, we do! Please fee free to checkout our vegan flavours, we have plenty of flavours to choose from, all made with plant based butter for a delicious, creamy and indulgent, tasty treat!

I'm lactose intolerant, do you have any flavours suitable for me?

Yes we do! Please feel free to checkout all of our vegan flavours which are also lactose free. Ready, steady dough!

Are any of your products gluten free?

Unfortunately not at the moment. But rest assured this is something we are looking into, so watch this space!

Do you do Refunds and Returns?

When you shop online you have the right to a “cooling-off” period of 14 calendar days in the EU (Consumer Contacts Regulations) and 30 days in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015) whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to the seller. Perishable goods are not covered by these cooling-off periods. We therefore don't accept returns. However, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if your product does not reach you in perfect condition, please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please note we may ask for a description and/or photograph. If you missed your delivery slot with Royal Mail after being sent your tracking reference we will not issue a refund in those circumstances. If Royal Mail deliver at the wrong time, or damage your parcel for example then of course we would issue a full refund or re-send your order, whichever your prefer. What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods are increasing all the time so please refer to the footer or checkout sections of our website for full details but we accept most forms of payment, including paypal. After placing and paying for your order through our online checkout you will receive an order confirmation via email.
